What we collect
Only the email address you submit to the launch list, together with the date and time your consent was given. We do not collect names, payment data or profiling information.
Why we collect it
To send you occasional updates about the OFFNORTH launch, new brands and early access. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
Your address is kept until you withdraw consent, or for a maximum of 24 months after the launch, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@offnorth.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. It is stored with our hosting and database provider acting as processor on our behalf, within the EU where possible.
